A blackish red, impenetrable yet clear, is its color. The bouquet is unconceivably complex, with deep smokey aromas of black fruit, coffee and dark chocolate, with spicy notes of light mint. The multi-layered and full-bodied palate displays a velvety texture, great harmony and balance, with potent yet elegant ripe dark fruit, bitter chocolate, and toasted wood flavors. Tannins, firm yet sweetish, are still well noticed during the lengthy after taste, hinting at the wine’s outstanding aging potential.
